Maintenance with simple fixes
Anything beyond a simple fix is quoted separately and never done without your approval.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the plan cover?
Cleaning, inspection and, on the Plus plan, simple repairs and adjustments: loose seams, zip pulls, press studs, velcro, straps, cover adjustments and piping. It does not include new pieces or covers, new fabric, foam or a full zip, or damage from cuts, burns, misuse or storms.
What if a piece needs more than a simple fix?
We send you photos and a separate quote, with 10% off as a plan client. We never do anything without your approval.
Do I have to leave the pieces with you all winter?
No. By default we return each batch clean within 1-2 weeks. If you have no space, you can add optional storage, with limited places.
How do I pay?
In 4 equal instalments: November, January, March and May, by bank transfer. Prices exclude VAT.
Is there a minimum term?
The contract runs for one season and renews unless either party gives 30 days notice. You can cancel with 30 days notice, paying only for work already done.
How is it different from one-off winter care?
Winter care is a one-off service. Season Ready is an annual plan for businesses: it includes collection and fitting, simple fixes and an in-season guarantee (Plus plan).
