How does trade pricing work?

We invoice you at 15 % off our rates and you add your margin for the client. If you prefer us to invoice your client directly, we pay you a 10 % referral fee once the job has been paid.

Can you work with the fabric my client chooses?

Yes. We work with the fabric you or your client choose (Gancedo, Designers Guild, Sunbrella, Pierre Frey…) or we get samples for you. We tell you the exact metres before you order it.

Can you deliver without your branding?

Yes. No Kael labels or cards: for your client, the work is yours.

What lead times do you work to?

Quote within 24 hours of receiving photos and measurements. Making usually takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on volume; partner projects get priority in the schedule.
